General course information
This 360 Material handler course can be tailored for either wheeled, tracked, static or fixed machines and utilises a variety of attachments. 360 Material handlers are widely used throughout the recycling industry and correct training will improve operating standards, site safety and productivity.

n Operators safety code and safe practices n Poisitioning and setting the machine
n Safe operating practices
n Pre-user safety checks
n Machine stability
n System and controls
n Manoeuvring in open and confined spaces n Material handling procedures
n Loading vehicles, hoppers, containers
n Stock pile working

No prior knowledge of topic required

1-5 days dependent on previous experience
Facilities / requirements
Number of Delegates
1 - 3
A training room suitable for the number of delegates will be required. Access to the 360 and work practices. Delegates will also require relevant PPE as per sites requirements.
Availability Certification
On-site ITSSAR and In-house available
Certification renewal
Recommended every 3 years however this may depend on the company’s risk assessments and internal policies.
