The program was attended by IPAG faculty & staff,
campus officials, and BPA, MPA and DPA students. It
was also graced by the presence of Dr. Reginald G.
Ugaddan, College Secretary and Director, Center for
Public Administration and Governance Education of
UP-NCPAG, an alumna of the ISU-BPA Program and
Prof. Erickson Calata, Assistant Professor College of
Political Science and Public Administration of the
Polytechnic University of the Philippines who served
as discussants.
