o No students shall graduate from the university unless he/she completed at least one academic year or
residence work. The residence requirements on (1) academic year must be satisfied immediately prior to
graduation.
o Graduating student shall be required to apply for graduation in the Office of the Campus Registrar through
the College Secretary within four (4) weeks after enrolment during his/her last semester.
2. IMPLEMENTATION
➢ Described the Program’s academic and graduation requirements and how they are disseminated.
The BPA program is in consonance with the University’s goals and objectives to produce competent
leaders. Thus, the program’s academic and graduation requirements are made known to the students through
conduct of orientation program. Student handbook is also provided to students by the Office of the Student Affairs
and Services (OSAS).

The University has been utilizing the Students Information Accounting System (SIAS), for students to
easily access grades needed for evaluation a year before they graduate. SIAS is a web-based application
software containing all the information of students such as viewing of grades, schedules, and balances of fees.
Conduct of orientation for graduating students is being done to let students know the graduation
requirements using participative approach to ascertain the amount of graduation fees, yearbook package and
other related things needed for graduation.
