KKB coastline is surrounded by white sandy beaches on the

north, east and west side. The south end of the island is the only

one with the mangroves and we have left it as it is with plans to

make the area even more green and dense with more

mangroves being planned for planting. Just off the white sandy

beaches, you will find beautiful natural corals in clear blue and

turquoise waters. More corals are also planned to be planted

along other parts of the beaches to encourage more coral

growths among the natural corals. Turtles have been known to

return to the east side of KKB and lay their eggs there during the

mating seasons and we have taken many steps to ensure that

the eggs are protected and the hatchlings be returned to the

sea to ensure the survival of the species.
