This book is a story in the making. A story that weaves the dreams of many
within Bali and the ideals of people worldwide for a holistic lifestyle.

Kura Kura Bali (an island project of PT Bali Turtle Island Development) will be
a creation of an international community with traditional Bali allure. Here is a
bold Enterprise prototype of Sustainable Development embracing the Three
Ways to Happiness - Tri Hita Karana - in Balinese philosophy.

Tri Hita Karana is a sustainable trio-in-one lifestyle that is in harmony with Nature,
with other fellow beings and with the Spiritual. At the heart of this enterprise
project will be the world’s largest integrated Creative Campus for Sustainable
Development celebrating and uniting our diversity. In collaboration with
United in Diversity foundation and United Nations Sustainable Development
Solutions Network. The Creative Campus is an initiative envisioned with the
Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy and seeks to restore the balance
of Culture, Nature and Creation in Bali and beyond as a global prototype of
sustainable Development and creative economy.

This is a tri-sector initiative to be launched by the President of the Republic
of Indonesia preceding the APEC leaders meeting in Bali on Oct 5-6, 2013
at the inaugural Tri Hita Karana International Conference of Sustainable
Development.
