ELEMENTS HAVE A
RESONANT FREQUENCY
– PRINCIPLE IN PHYSICS

The idea of resonance in science is fundamental spiritually.

Notable scientists such as Rayleigh and Helmholtz, Anton
Overbeck, Heinrich Hertz have explained resonance in physics.
To describe, the resonance frequency is the natural incidence
where a body vibrates at the highest amplitude.

A typical example is the shattering of glass upon exposure to high
decibels of sound energy. The amplitude of the sound waves
increases, which sets up vibrations in medium air between the

sound source and target body, such as glass.

The resonant frequency of the sound waves matches the natural
frequency of the glass, setting up a higher amplitude in glass that

it cannot tolerate, and hence it shatters. This phenomenon is not
only restricted to glass. All matter is susceptible to resonance
effects.

The soul is directly related to spirituality; it is immaterial,
conscience, and a form of energy or space that invigorates the
physical body of human beings. The concept of spirituality
provides us with an insight into the human soul. Just like our body

needs nutrition to be strengthened, our soul needs inner spiritual
peace. A strengthened soul is resistant towards evil spirits, less
distracted by worldly materialistic desires, and is comfortable and
has enhanced self-acceptance for itself and others. Similarly, a

strong soul has inner peace regardless of the negativity and
believes in the body's ability to heal.
