7. Any act which would result in a conflict between
the personal interest of the employee and that of
the School without proper disclosure and/or
approval, such as but not limited to the following:
7.1 Having a substantial financial interest in a
firm doing business or in competition with the
school.
7.2 Having a substantial interest in a firm Suspension for a period of 1 day to 30 days, or termination if so
seeking to do business with the School; warranted, depending on the gravity of the offense.
7.3 Rendering services as director, officer,
employee of or consultant to persons or firms
engaged in a business competitive with the
School;
7.4 Accepting a position of a corporate
director of another School/entity without
proper disclosure to the School Director or
the President
8. Any act which would result in a conflict between
the personal interest of the employee and that of
the School, such as but not limited to the
following:
8.1 Performing outside employment or
activities that interfere with efficient Suspension for a period of 1 day to 30 days, or termination if so
performance of his duties in the School; warranted, depending on the gravity of the offense.
8.2 Taking advantage of School resources or
position held in the School for personal gain
at the expense of the School.
***8.3 Use for personal benefit or disclosure
of confidential or proprietary information of
the School.
8.4 Borrowing money from individuals or firms
(except banks or lending institutions in their
normal course of business) doing or seeking to do Suspension for a period of 1 day to 30 days, or termination if so
business with the School or its affiliates.
