3. Sew [4] rows of 12 Fabric C Background blocks together to form [4] horizontal rows. Press all the seams. Each row should measure 48-1/2” W 3 8-1/2” H.

4. Sew the rows into [2] pair sets. Press the seams. This will be the top and bottom section of your quilt top. Each pair set should measure 48-1/2” W 3 8-1/2” H.
