Sub cut into [4] 4-7/80 3 4-7/80 squares.
Cut once on diagonal to make 8 HST. (Can trim leftover to 4-1/20 3 WOF for possible filler needs on quilt shop hop block borders.)
Cut [1] strip, 2-1/20 3 WOF.
Sub cut into [6] 2-1/20 3 2-1/20 cornerstone squares.
BLOCK ASSEMBLY:
NOTE: Directions for the different block centers will be first. Then the star points directions for one block. Make a total of [12] blocks: [6] Charcoal star points with Regional block centers, [5] Red star points with Quilt Shop Hop blocks centers and [1] Silver star points with State block center.
Insignia Block Centers:
1. Pin and sew two silver large HST to opposite sides of Regional block as shown. Press seams open. Make 6 partial Regional blocks.
2. Pin and sew two silver large HST to remaining opposite sides of Regional block. Press seams open. Will measure 8-1/20 3 8-1/20. Make 6 Regional blocks centers.
