Status upon Joining No Frills Academy

Ajay had an unimpressive academic past. He had got 14 back logs during his

engineering and had taken from 2011 to 2017 to earn his degree.

He had, however, become well-organised and systematic and had been

managing a restaurant very effectively for 2 years. This had contributed great-

ly to his personality. He continued to work during his preparation for SSB.

Excellent Discipline & Commitment

During the 3 months that Ajay was under my guidance he remained totally

focused, disciplined and showed excellent commitment to improve. In short,

he adhered to the schedule prepared by him and I for his improvement al-

most totally. His improvement in fitness, GK and other aspects was impres-

sive. Most importantly he had changed as a person from his irresponsible

college days to a responsible and competent manager.

I was very thorough with the SSB process and all the things to do but the
