potential in India to make its impact on the world through new innovations and
entrepreneurship.
• Indian economy is an important economy from the world point of view as well
and is considered to impact changes in the world economy
• The officials also believe that India is going to play a key role in the world’s
fourth industrial revolution involving artificial intelligence, robots etc, with the
human assets it possesses.
• The WEF along with the government of India has entered into a partnership
for setting up the center for the fourth industrial revolution in Mumbai.
