We are ready to assemble the tiramisu. Pour a few spoonfuls of cream to the bottom of an
ovenproof dish (mine is square and measures 25 cm on the side), then make a first layer of
ladyfinger cookies well soaked in oranges and strawberries.
Cover everything with a generous layer of cream, then distribute the previously soaked
strawberries.
Make another layer of ladyfinger cookies (still soaked in syrup), then cover with the rest of the
cream and level well. Let the tiramisu rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
