Instruction




                                                           1. In a large bowl, toss together

                                                           corn,  cheese,  red  pepper  and
                                                           green  onion.  Stir  in  sour  cream

     CHILI CHEESE                                          and mayonnaise.



    FRITOS CORN                                            2.  Stir  in  corn  chips  just  before
                                                           serving.  Season  with  salt  and
                SALAD                                      pepper, to taste.





                                                           Ingredients




                                                             2 (15 oz.) cans                 1/2 cup
                                                             whole kernel                    mayonnaise

                                                             corn, drained                   1/2 cup sour
                                                             1 1/2 cups grated               cream

                                                             cheddar cheese                  1 (10.5 oz.) bag
                                                             1 cup chopped                   coarsely crushed

                                                             red bell pepper                 Chili Cheese
                                                             1/4 cup chopped                 Fritos corn chips
                                                             green onion                     Salt and pepper,

                                                                                             to taste
