Career Pathways 2022 - 2023

What is a Career Pathway?
Career Pathways are coherent sequences of high school Career & Technical Education (CTE) courses that
prepare students for careers and continued education in a subject in which they are interested. Pathways
are a great way for students to investigate a career before college. Pathway completers at Mill Creek High
School earn a cord. Each pathway completer will take the End of Pathway Assessment to further validate
the information that they learned through completing the pathway. For detailed course information on
