When the changes were announced last Saturday at 6.45pm by Prime Minister
Johnson, football wasn’t mentioned but later that evening I found out that “elite”
football would continue, so I thought I’d then start to put these notes together.
There is often good and bad news in life’s journey and last Thursday (29th
October), I had a phone call from Kevin Kay from MSA Ltd about the Goalden
Gate Lottery – and this was not good news – as I was informed that the last
draw would be on Monday 30th November and they would be ceasing to
run the Goalden Gate Lottery and rebranding it as Wolves Lottery with most
members coming from the Midlands and Black Country and raising funds for the BATH CITY FOOTBALL CLUB LTD
