Entry Requirements:
Clovers, Junior, Intermediate and Seniors must submit a completed Parker Co. 4-H Fashion
Show Entry Form and entry fee by Monday, February 12, 2024.

Clovers - please use the "Junior" Forms for your entry.

***You must participate in the Parker Co. 4-H Fashion Show in order to advance to the

District 3 4-H Fashion Show***

The following should be completed and uploaded with your respective county entry. If you
advance on to District, you must bring two copies of your respective forms.
