NOTE:
Entry Deadlines listed in the rule books for junior livestock shows are for County Extension
Agents and Ag Science Teachers ONLY. If you plan to exhibit your project through 4-H and do
not submit your entries by the deadlines listed below, you will be charged the processing fee
and late fee of the stock show. We will not jeopardize the entries turned in on time. Some
shows have set entry limits for certain species, so it is important for us to set our entry
deadlines early in order to avoid the entry limits.

Remember, when you sign the entry form, you are acknowledging that you have read
and understand the rules and guidelines of the stock show.

West Texas Fair and Rodeo: Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Monday, July 15, 2022.

Tri-State Fair and Rodeo - Heifers and Barrows Only. Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Wednesday, August
9, 2022.

North Texas Fair and Rodeo - Exhibitors submit their own online entries. Online entries due Sunday, August
15, 2022.

State Fair of Texas - Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Friday, August 19, 2022.

East Texas Fair and Rodeo - Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45, Friday, August 29, 2022.

Heart of Texas - Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Friday, September 9, 2022.
