We Can Do Hard Things...

Pretty sure this is a pep talk for myself but for anyone else that
needs to hear this...We can do hard things.

It's during those hard times that we see what we're really made of,

and who we can become. One thing though...just because times get

tough or you're going through a rough patch, it's not a ticket to be

unkind to yourself or to others.

We're going to keep moving forward, we're going to conquer our

mountains, we're going to put one foot in front of the other and
we're going to be kind while we do it.
