Rachel Casavant

Rachel Casavant is a 14-year-old freshman at
Plymouth North High School. She started playing
piano when she was 6 years old and has been taking
piano lessons with HuiMin Wang at South Shore Conservatory since she was 11.
She won first place in her age division in the 2023 Concerto Competition, as well
as in the 2024 Solo Competition, both at the Conservatory. This January, she
was the overall winner for the Concerto Competition. When she is not playing
the piano, she enjoys writing, playing her guitar, and playing and watching
tennis.
