and long term support, as needed.

YOU! Our Job Placement team assists individuals
with disabilities find meaningful competitive
employment after a thorough screening process
that includes 1:1 Career Exploration, Interest
Questionnaires, and Abilities Assessments.
This process has proven to result in long-term
successful employment that benefits both the
employee and you, the employer.
Once hired, our team supports you and your new
employee through the entire process until both
parties are satisfied with the work performance.
We are available to continue on-going supports
when needed should the employee require it at any
time during their employment hours.
