Our Employment Services options offer
business clients a comprehensive selection
from which to choose. This flexibility allows
each company to customize the plan that
most effectively utilizes its resources while
maximizing cost efficiencies.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
Individuals work on site (i.e. at your
company) while receiving ongoing
support from RTR supervisory
personnel.
IN-HOUSE CONTRACT SERVICES
RTR operates five career centers
conveniently located throughout
southeastern Massachusetts.
Depending on your company’s needs,
you may contract with Road to
Responsibility on either a per project
or long-term agreement basis.
COMPETITIVE PLACEMENT
Fully trained individuals are hired as
employees of your company. Periodic
“check-in assessments” and
“job coaching” assistance from
RTR supervisors ensures your
satisfaction.
