             Following the announcement by the Ministry of Finance in

             Belanjawan 2021 to continue with the implementation of the MRT3
             Circle Line project, MRT Corp has been appointed as the project
             developer and asset owner of the MRT3 Circle Line project by the
             Government. There are several areas along the potential MRT3 Circle
             Line alignment which has been identified for the study to be carried
             out. For this scope, we are looking to develop one TOD location in the
             Pantai Dalam area.


             The proposed site is located at the heart of Kerinchi also known as

             Pantai Dalam or Bangsar South on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur in
             Mukim Kuala Lumpur which borders the State of Selangor. The
             proposed area has a high level of accessibility via key transport routes
             namely the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and the Federal Highway,
             which make it easier for residents to access through Jalan Pantai
             Permai and Jalan Kerinchi to the proposed site.


             The development of real estate and properties is part of the urban
             regeneration proposition on identified land banks available along the
             proposed the MRT3 Circle Line alignment is to be used to establish
             feasibility of potential land value capture and income generation.
