Clean the shelves and drawers thoroughly with a high-quality Caraselle lint roller and vacuum cleaner, then soap and water. Remove and get rid of cocoons that you find on the ceilings of cupboards, behind shelves, in corners and the shelf support brackets.
Also vacuum and clean inside door hinges and door jambs. Pay particular attention to cracks, corners and drawers where bits of food may have accumulated. After vacuuming, remove and discard the vacuum cleaner bag into an outside rubbish bin or the moths will simply hatch inside and fly out.
Also wash down walls, floors and baseboards.
Using Anti Food Moth Traps is a safe way to deal with food moths. These Moth Traps are efficient against Food, Flour and Indian Meal moths. They are odourless and contain no insecticide so that you can use them with complete peace of mind.
