                                                                 Vitamins:

                                                                 Vitamins come in either water- or

                                                                 fat-soluble forms but,
                                                                 unfortunately today, they are

                                                                 mostly synthetically derived by

                                                                 creating a “similar” bio-identical
                                                                 chemical compound.  They are

                                                                 nothing even close to the
                                                                 benefits of whole food sourced,

                                                                 full spectrum vitamins.

                                                                 Nonetheless, they do have a
                                                                 benefit for cancer patients who

                                                                 are critically vitamin depleted.

                                                                 More on this in a later chapter!


                                                                 Water soluble vitamins dissolve

                                                                 in water, are not stored in the
                                                                 body, and are excreted by

                                                                 urination. Some are Thiamin,

                                                                 Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6,
                                                                 Vitamin B12, Folate, Pantothenic

                                                                 acid, Choline, Vitamin C, and
                                                                 Biotin.


                                                                 Fat soluble vitamins dissolve in
                                                                 fat and are stored in the liver.

                                                                 They can be harmful in excessive
                                                                 quantities. Some are Vitamin A,

                                                                 Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin
                                                                 K.
