                   6) Sleep, Sleep and more Sleep:  Sleep is a healer and the more we

                       can enjoy deep sleep, the better we heal physically and

                                                                           could have the opposite

                                                                           effect.  Someone who has

                                                                           deep trauma should sleep
                                                                           8-10 hours per day.  For

                                                                           the best sleep, it’s critical

                       to unplug your Wi-Fi router nightly. Don’t just silence your phone
                       but turn it off.  Make sure you are nowhere near electrical meters

                       or items that transmit radio waves.  Make sure your room is dark

                       and cool.  528 Hz music tends to heal and promote deep sleep. It
                       can play softly in the background to assist in deep sleep.  Other

                       suggestions to put into practice: Don’t eat past 6 pm, don’t drink

                       alcohol, drink warm non-caffeinated tea, and don’t watch action
                       movies or anything that can excite your mood within 4 hours of

                       sleep.  Later in the book, we will discuss the ultimate sleep

                   7) Limit EMF’s (Electromagnetic Frequencies):  The world we live in
                       is saturated with EMF’s.  Wi-Fi is
