Military or Additional Assessment Pledge

I agree to pay, in addition to my own assessment, to the order of Valdosta Country Club, Inc.
(the “VCC”) the amount of __________________ in cash or certified funds. Such amount shall represent
a contribution toward:

______ a) the assessments levied upon Military Members or

______ b) an additional contribution toward the 2022 Capital Plan to be used in funding
the plan at the discretion of the Board.

Such amount is not refundable in any manner. I understand and acknowledge that this
contribution is being used as a portion of the funding for capital projects and renovations undertaken by
the VCC as approved by the members on February 22, 2022. As such the contribution amount shall be
placed in a capital account of the VCC and used for that purpose.
