A LETTER TO THE MEMBERS

Dear Fellow Members,

The Board of Governors and Long-Range Planning Committee are pleased to present this brochure detailing the

proposed 2022 Capital Plan for The Valdosta Country Club. This Plan was developed by a collective group of members,

staff, and industry experts who evaluated all Club facilities, operations, and service offerings for opportunities for
enhancement, as well as funding options to support the Plan. The Plan forms the basis for the items you all will be

asked to approve at the February 22, 2022 Annual Meeting which will begin at 6:00 PM in the main Ballroom.

The following pages describe the Capital Plan, voting process, conceptual designs, estimated costs, associated
member investment, and anticipated timeline for implementation. After listening to our members through surveys,

committee meetings, and informational meetings, the Board and Planning Committee believe that this Plan

represents an exciting and responsible combination of features and benefits while placing our club on a track for long

term fiscal responsibility.

Following your review, we are hopeful that you will share our enthusiasm for the Capital Plan and the immediate

benefits that we will all enjoy, while ensuring that The Valdosta Country Club will continue to flourish for generations

to come.
