Thoughtful  consideration:  What  documentation  is  necessary?  What  format  should
                       communication be in? How often do you need communication?

                   5.  Achieving a reasonable price had the lowest response yet the perception of most providers
                       is that cost is the carrier’s biggest concern. This might be the biggest aha moment for
                       providers, or at least it should be. Thoughtful consideration: Why is cost less a problem

                       than finding a qualified contractor or achieving an accurate scope of work? How is an
                       appropriate cost determined?

               There are many ways to interpret the results of the survey, and over the next few months we’ll

               take a closer look at each topic, consider the variables, ask thoughtful questions, and present
               information that can help you achieve better outcomes. Like you, I’d prefer not to live in the realm

               of insanity. I’d rather break the cycle and find a better way of doing things to get a better result.
