1 General Information

1.1 Purpose

Business Requirement document will be the main working document during the entire
span of the project. It will include the details of the business processes, operational
overview and the details of the requirements.

Post finalization and sign-off on the requirement document, additional requirements will
be considered as Change Requests (CR).

This document describes the detailed background of how the current system behaves
and pain areas that have not been catered by the existing system.Also the business

requirements of the ABC corporation Limited.

It is designed to help stakeholders and decision makers from ABC Corporation Limited
to comprehend how communication with end users and internal teams could improve
their own business processes and would also create various possibilities for new and
innovative ideas to expand the customer base through the ticketing platform.

1.2 Business Overview

ABC Corporation Limited is an Indian online travel company founded in 2000.
Headquartered in Haryana, the company provides online travel services including flight
tickets, domestic and international holiday packages, hotel reservations, and rail and

bus tickets.

ABC Corporation Limited lets the users book air tickets, bus tickets, buy holiday
packages, book hotels, accommodations and hire cars. Through ABC Corporation
Limited, users can also access other travel related services provided by third party
vendors like visa processing and travel insurance.
