PLASTIC LETTERS / LASER CUT ACRYLIC
Fully Assembled with D/F Tape
New this year is the availability of multiple piece acrylic letters, logos, or panels, fully assembled in our shop with a quality double faced tape. We bond all acrylic parts with a 25 mil tape, designed for interior use only. Multiple piece projects, up to 20 pieces, can be bonded before shipping. Projects over 20 pieces will require our production and pricing review. Available in sizes, by gauge, up to sizes listed in the letter and logo pricing pages. Any letter, panel, or logo over 48”x48” will also need production review to confirm our capability and pricing. (email for quote)
Note: Acrylic pieces can also be bonded to the face of any Laminate product.
Fully Assembled with Studs
Acrylic projects can now be produced in layers to add even more dimension to your letters or logos. By mechanically assembling multiple pieces of acrylic, you can add depth or multiple colors to a design. Assembled
face pieces must be at least 3/8”thick to allow for drilling and tapping for threaded studs. Back pieces, minimum 1⁄4”thick, can be assembled to face pieces with thru-holes. Back pieces, minimum 3/8”thick, can be assembled to face pieces (optional countersunk to allow for a flush assembly to the face) and are drilled and tapped for a flush stud mount to the wall. Based on final project size and weight, parts will either be pre-assembled, taken apart and shipped loose, or be left assembled – this can vary by project. Note: Acrylic pieces can be assembled to laminate products, following the same gauge limitations – Interior use only. Email art for consideration of acrylic to metal projects. Indoor use only due to expansion and contraction differences in the materials.
