桑山 真麻弓 Mayumi Kuwayama

大阪芸術大学芸術学部工芸学科卒業。/ 同大学工芸専攻科卒業。/
「人と自然が共鳴する空間」を創造する現代芸術家。幼いころか
ら 夢の中で何度も還る場所である大樹の中の記憶をもとに「Feel
the Earth」地球との共生をテーマにした空間概念をもち、人、感
情、物質、自然、すべてが有機的に絡み合い共鳴する心地よい空間
「Organic Atmosphere Art」(有機的な空間芸術)を追求する。麻の
繊維、和紙、綿糸、アクリル絵の具などを素材に、平面、立体、空間
とジャンルを 超えた作品を創出。/ 糸をたどり、魂の記憶のもとへ還
る。/ 様々な企業、ホテル、店舗へのパブリックアートを手がける。
/ 近年、海外展示多数。2024年イタリアアブルッツォ州「Ⅻ Edition
PescaｒArt Award 2024」にて国際現代芸術賞受賞。
Mayumi Kuwayama is a Contemporary Artist who creates “spaces where
people and nature resonate” / Inspired by a recurring childhood dream-a
memory within a giant tree-she developed the spatial concept “Feel the
Earth,” centered on planetary coexistence / Kuwayama pursues “Organic
Atmosphere Art”(Organic Spatial Art) : a comfortable space where people,
emotions, matter, and nature are organically intertwined / Using materials
like hemp fiber, washi paper, and cotton thread, she creates works that
transcend genres, including 2D, 3D, and largescale installations. Her core
philosophy is: “Returning to the Soul’s Beginning” / Kuwayama has created
Public Art for various corporations, hotels, and retail spaces. Her work has ささやく光(Whispering Light) 45.5x53.0cm
recently gained international recognition, including the International Acrylic paint and cotton thread on canvas 2025
Contemporary Art Award at the “XII Edition PescarArt Award 2024” in
Abruzzo, Italy (2024) / Education : Graduated from the Department of Arts
and Crafts and the Advanced Course of Craft at Osaka University of Arts
