TEACHER'S DAY 2020

A tribute to all heroes!
Psychology Society celebrated the most awaited Teacher’s Day on October 21, 2020. The
current pandemic didn’t stop the students from surprising their professors with their
different ways of greeting them. Most of the students from different year levels surprised
their professors using banners and cards which they have shown during their meetings. Some
classes turned their cameras off and showed their banners once they opened their cameras
together, while others presented video greetings and speeches.
The pandemic has brought so many changes and these include the way Psychology Society
celebrates school activities. The celebration of Teacher’s Day has been one of the most
awaited events every year where Psychology students prepare different kinds of greetings and
surprise all the professors in the faculty, but because Covid-19 pandemic, students celebrated
the teacher’s day this year on screen. However, the new normal didn’t stop the students from
giving their appreciation to their professors, for their selfless service and sacrifices.
Psychology students considered their professors as their friends, mentors, inspirations, and
most importantly, family. Indeed, they are the heroes of Psychology and their dedication and
diligence in teaching will forever be remembered.
