Conference

We host members throughout New Zealand at an annual conference. It’s a
chance for connections to be formed, and is a safe space for members to
share their experiences and ask hard questions for the greater good.
Delegates return home with knowledge and skills from relevant industry
guest speakers, practical workshops and inspirational keynotes. The
conference provides an opportunity to connect, learn and leave feelinging
energized..

We encourage our Partners and
industry organisations to connect with
our members through a trade stand,
which allows them to put their
product or service in front of an
average of 330 women. Other
opportunities are available each year
including sponsorship of keynote
speakers, workshops, morning teas and
lunches.

Fonterra Dairy Woman of the Year

Working with Fonterra we have the
honour to recognise outstanding women
in the dairy industry, through the Fonterra
Dairy Woman of the Year award. We
celebrate success in many forms and
farmers, microbiologists and industry
advocates outside the farm gate have all
been nominated.

The winner is announced annually at our
conference gala dinner and is awarded a
$20,000 scholarship towards professional
development or a learning programme of
their choice
