“We’re not farmers but we’re damn good at powering farms and we’re
passionate about working with rural communities. And just like you, we
believe in innovation and progress which is why we put our energy in
behind Dairy Women’s Network (DWN).

DWN is full of good sorts, doing great stuff for women in dairy. Members
benefit from nationwide events, training, development, resources and
the all-important annual Dairy Women’s Network Awards. They’re
passionate about their members, and it shows.

In 2021, Agribusiness Manager, Dave Greenwood, spoke at the DWN
conference and shared his own story around his family’s experience with
mental health. This wasn’t planned but Dave embraced the conference
theme of “Step up Together” and reflected later that the support he
received afterwards was nothing short of amazing.

He puts his positive experience down to DWN’s ability to create an
environment that inspires and empowers people in the dairy industry.
