PLAY WORKS LEGAL STRUCTURE
Play Works is the operating name of Family and Community
Development West Lothian, which was established in 1988.
It is a registered company limited by guarantee (SC166084) with
charitable status (SC000843).
Simply Play is a wholly owned subsidiary of Play Works. This means
that Play Works is the “parent” in a group company structure and is
listed as a “Person of Significant Control” at Companies House.
Simply Play was established in 2010 and is its own registered
company limited by guarantee (SC372020) with charitable status
(SC041420).
Wonder Woods is Simply Play’s first woodland nursery, which is a
partnership early years service with West Lothian Council.
