SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Sexual harassment has the effect of interfering with an individual's work performance and/or of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
Therefore, sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
Any Employee who feels that he or she has been subjected to inappropriate harassment in violation of this policy shall report the incident to @PSHCommitteeIndia

As per the guidelines given by the law, an Internal Complaints Committee (“ICC”) – PSH Committee India has been constituted by the management to take
cognizance and redress/inquire complaints of Sexual Harassment.
Please refer to Air Products India’s Policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and redressal.
DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
Air Products trusts that most of its employees are motivated by their work, understand and follow Air Products India policies, Code of Conduct and act consistently
with the Air Products values. If an employee’s conduct does not conform to these expectations, disciplinary actions may be taken by the management.
Disciplinary measures are not primarily meant to act as a penalty, but as an incentive for improvement. Disciplinary actions are taken to ensure that subsequent
conduct meets Air Products policies and values.
Administration
Disciplinary actions can be related to, for example, issues with poor performance, unacceptable levels of absence or any misconduct, including, but not limited to,
violations of the Air Products Code of conduct, Air Products global and local policies or any agreement the employee has entered into with Air Products. Please refer
