Disability Benefits
The goal of the disability plan is to provide you with income replacement should you become disabled and
unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.
Impact XM provides eligible employees with short term disability income benefits at no cost to you. Long term
disability benefits are voluntary and paid by you.
Short term disability benefits have a seven day waiting period. Long term disability benefits have a 180 day
waiting period.
Coverage Benefit
1/1/22: 85% of weekly earnings up to $993 or your state’s required
Short Term Disability
maximum (whichever is greater)
Long Term Disability
60% of monthly earnings up to $10,000
