Vacation

Fives recognizes the importance to take time away to recharge and be with family, therefore, encourages employees to
take the time available to them.

Eligible vacation time is based on years of service. New Hire – 5 years = 3 weeks. Thereafter, an additional day of
vacation is earned each additional year of service, capping at 15 years of service with 5 weeks.

The vacation year runs from January 1st through December 31 .
New Hires are prorated the first year from date of hire.

Holidays

The following days are generally observed: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Years Eve Day. The
approved Holiday schedule will be communicated each year.
