Employee Assistance Program – Sand Creek
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a Baseball-sponsored short-term counseling
and problem-solving resource available to employees and their family members 24 hours a
day, seven days a week. The EAP provides an opportunity to talk face-to-face with
counselors about the stresses of everyday life. These concerns include relationship
problems, alcohol and drug abuse, stress and anxiety, work-related problems, financial
concerns, grief and loss and parent- child difficulties. There is no cost for the initial
assessment, additional short-term problem-solving sessions (up to two visits) and referral
services. The EAP is strictly confidential.
