The Nationals provide all full time employees with Life Insurance. We ask that you elect coverage so that
you may select a Beneficiary.
• Click Term Life
• Identify your Beneficiary (s)
• Click Primary or Secondary designations as well as percentage of benefit distribution (totals
must equal 100%)
• Click Next
