Benefit Basics

                                                                   You must notify Human Resources within 30 days of a
                                                                   qualifying life event. Depending on the type of event, you
                                                                   may need to provide proof of the event, such as a marriage
                                                                   license. Human Resources will let you know what
                                                                   documentation you should provide. If you do not contact
                                                                   Human Resources within 30 days of the qualifying event,
                                                                   you will have to wait until the next open enrollment
                                                                   window to make changes (unless you experience another
                                                                   qualifying life event).
