        This is a no cost, confidential service paid  for by the company, through Guidance resources, managed by ComPsych.
        Services include 3 face to face meetings with a counselor per year per person at NO CHARGE.

   Vacation


       All full-time employees will accrue vacation time for each regular hour worked or paid. Benefit hours paid are
       included in regular hours, with the exception of disability benefit time paid during an approved leave of absence.
       Regular hours cannot exceed 2,080 hours per calendar year in accordance with the aforementioned vacation
       accrual schedule.


       Length of Service Vacation Accrual Rate (Maximum Yearly Benefit):
       • Less than five (5) years = 0.0385 (Per Hour) = 80 Hours
       • Five (5) years to fifteen (15) years = 0.0577 (Per Hour) = 120 Hours
       • Over fifteen (15) years = 0.0770 (Per Hour) = 160 Hours

        The following days are observed: New Years Day, Good Friday,  Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,

        a Saturday or Sunday are typically scheduled the previous Friday or following Monday.)
