PARENTAL LEAVE WITH OPENX BENEFIT

For employees who welcome a baby or adopt a child, having time to care for the newest
member(s) of your family is important. OpenX pays for up to 8 weeks of baby bonding time in
addition to up to 8 weeks of disability after giving birth.
The OpenX Paid Maternity and Parental benefit will be equal to the difference between any state
disability or PFL benefits you receive and your regular wages to ensure your pay remains 100%
while on leave.
