• Your default password is your date of birth in the format of MMDDYYYY —
once you submit your birth date, you’ll be asked to reset your password.
4 Complete Open Enrollment between August 2 – August 20, 2021.
Failure to enroll will result in loss of coverage effective October 1, 2021.
