Medical – Find a Doctor
Visiting in-network providers will always provide you a lower potential cost. To
find a provider in your network, please log on to www.anthem.com and follow
the steps outlined below:
On the top right hand side of the page click on , then click on ‘Find a Doctor.’ If you do not
have your Anthem Member ID you will need to search as a guest.
You will need to answer a few short questions. Under ‘plan/network’ if searching in
Connecticut, select Century Preferred, if you are searching outside of Connecticut, select
National BlueCard PPO.
Next, select the type of provider you are searching for. Please be sure to enter in the
city or zip code in which you are searching.
Click search, and you will then see a listing of participating providers in your area.
You can also download Anthem’s ‘Sydney App’ to search for network providers, access claims,
manage your prescriptions and view your ID card!
