OF ITS INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2019-08 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 21, 2019 at 6:00 pm or as soon after as the matter may be heard, at its regular meet- ing held at the Sanger Community Center, 730 Recreation Avenue, Sanger, California, the City Council of the City of Sanger intends to
adopt an Ordinance, entitled:
Ordinance No. 2019-08, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Sanger amending Section 2-215 of Chapter 2, Article V, of the Sanger City Code relating to awarding authority in contracts.
The proposed ordinance amends the thresholds for department head approval, increases thresholds for verbal and written quotes. A copy of proposed Ordinance No. 2019-08 is available at the City Clerk’s
