NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Environmental Assessment No. 2020-13 and Conditional Use Permit Application No. 2020-3
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090 and 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code; and, pursuant to the procedures of Title 10 of the Reedley Municipal Code, the Reedley Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to
consider the following:
1. Environmental Assessment No. 2020-13 pertains to the determi- nation that Conditional Use Permit Application No. 2020-3 is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to Section 15305 (Class 5/Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) of the Cali- fornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
2. Conditional Use Permit Application No. 2020-3 is proposed in conjunction with the previously approved Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) 6178 (Frankwood Commons), located on the northeast cor- ner of Frankwood Avenue and South Avenue. A Planned Unit De- velopment (PUD) is requested to reduce the zoning development standards for single family residential lots, speci cally the Reedley Municipal Code Section 10-6B-5D requiring 40% lot maximum lot coverage. It is proposed that the maximum lot coverage be increased to 50% for all residential lots involved with the proposed project.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sanger City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanger City Hall Council Chamber located at 1700 7th Street, Sanger, California, as part of the citizen participation process, to dis- cuss a possible application for funding under the 2020 Local Early Action Planning (LEAP) Program. The purpose of the public hear- ing will be to consider an application for funding, allocated under the 2019/2020 Local Early Action Planning (LEAP) Program. Funds available under this grant can be used to help prioritize planning ac- tivities that accelerate housing production to meet identi ed needs of
every community.

The recycling facility will be operated outdoors at the rear of the property and fenced separately from the rest of the property. 10th Street and W. Railroad will serve as the ingress to the

The City has determined that the above referenced project will not have a signi cant or adverse impact on the environment. The deci- sion of the Planning Commission will be referred on to the Orange Cove City Council for formal approval or declination of the above pro- posal at the  nal public hearing. The hearings are open to the public and anyone may testify. lowing Ordinance:
Ordinance No. 2020-001, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Reedley Amending Section 1-7-4 to Chapter 7 and Sec- tions 1-9A-1 thru 1-9A-3 to Chapter 9 of Title 1 of the Reedley Mu- nicipal Code amending the approval of payment demands and issuance of warrants, and clarifying that the appointed Finance Director may also serve as the City Treasurer.
This Ordinance will revise the City Code to align with current modern and secure City practices for the approval of payment demands and issuance of warrants, and clarify that the Director of Finance may also serve as the City Treasurer.
