The county report said 560,443 residents now are fully vaccinated.
In Tulare County, the Dec. 21 figures showed that 47.7 percent of residents (More than 260,000) are fully vacci- nated. Since the start of the pandemic, Dinuba has reported 5,990 cas- es (27 new reported for the week) while Orosi is at 1,963 total cases and Cutler 1,017 cases. Ru- ral county areas near Reedley, Orange Cove and in Traver all have remained steady when it comes to case numbers.
On Dec. 15, the state announced a one-month mask mandate for all in- door locations.

in February 2022 of the Reedley Armory, where the wreaths are stored for most of the year. Lusk shared that the city has offered a location to store the wreaths.
The traditional cere- mony included the pre- senting of colors from Reedley High School's Navy Junior ROTC program, singing of the national anthem, a release of trained doves and the playing of "Taps" by veteran Gary Barsoom.
Wreaths will need to be removed, taken from the cemetery and prepared for stor- age on Saturday, Jan. 8, beginning at 9 a.m. Lusk said volunteers always are needed for this task as well. For more information, call her at (559) 859-2865.

northwest and southwest portions of the neighbor- hood and as far south as Sarah Lane.
Special recognition went to Sylvia's Family Child Care, Grace Rodri- guez & family and Jose Magana & family who helped underwrite a siz- able portion of the cost of banners to guide visitors.
As of the Tuesday, Dec. 21 update, there were 147,605 total cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID- 19) out of 2,058,079 tests in Fresno County, with 2,341 deaths and 176 people hospitalized (45 in ICU).
Del Rey increased to 426 cases (1,287 in region) while the Fowler region had 1,726 cases (1,500 in the city) and 29 deaths through Dec. 21. Squaw Valley (218 cases), Dunlap and Miramonte had a total case number of 590.
Among Mid Valley Times cities in the county through Dec. 21, the Reedley region continues with the most total overall positive cases with 9,744 (5,000 in the city proper) and 89 deaths in data on the Fresno County Department of Public Health website.
In Tulare County, there was a total of 71,089 confirmed cases (896 active, a decrease of 31 for the week) of COVID-19 with 1,129 deaths and 46 people hospitalized (10 in ICU) as of Tuesday, Dec. 21. Breakdowns by cities/regions show 5,990 total cases in Dinuba, 1,983 in Orosi, 1,017 in Cutler, 375 in Traver, 125 in the rural area south of Reedley and 41 in the area southeast of Orange Cove.
Through the Dec. 21 update, Sanger (including immediate surrounding rural areas) showed 9,556 cases (6,400 in the city) and 84 deaths; Parlier was at 3,500 cases (3,815 region) with 49 deaths and Orange Cove had 2,200 (3,694 regional) cases and 20 deaths.
A total of 69,064 people (97.2 percent) in Tulare County were listed as recovered as of Tuesday, Dec. 21.
