Danny Ray Aklan
Danny Ray Aklan of Cutler died Aug. 6 in Visalia. He was 64.
Mr. Aklan worked as a car detailer.
He is survived by his wife, Christine Ak- lan, one stepson, and his mother, Edith Aklan.
No services were held. Dopkins Dinuba Funeral Chapel handled the arrangements.

Dolores V. Bernal of Dinuba died Aug. 15 in Tulare. She was 86.
Mrs. Bernal worked as a farm laborer.
She is survived by one daughter, one son, seven grandchildren and two great-grand- children.

Chavez of Dinuba died Aug. 20 in Visalia. He was 62.

It is with great sorrow that we recognize the passing of Kathryn Lee Buller on July 16, 2021. She was 88.
Kathryn was born in Navelincia on November 12th 1932 and graduated from Reedley High School in 1950. She married her high school sweetheart, Omar Gene Buller in 1951. They celebrated 70 years of marriage earlier this year.
She is survived by her loving husband, brother Richard Prinz, sister Carole Krebbs, daughters Dana Shilling, married to Randy Shilling and Paula Coffinger, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
No services will be held. The family would like to thank the staff of Hines Hospice for their caring assistance during this difficult time. God bless you Kathryn.

of Sanger died Aug. 15. She was 71.
Mrs. Galvan worked as an LVN and pre- school vision screener for California-Hawaii Elks Chapter.
She is survived by one daughter, one son, three brothers, one sis- ter and four grandchil- dren. She was preceded in death by her hus- band, James Galvan, two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m. Thurs- day, Aug. 26, at Wallin's Sanger Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 27, at St. Mary's new Catholic Church in Sanger.

Mrs. Thiesen worked as an accountant.

A total of four agen- cies, including Dinuba Fire, Fresno County Fire, Orange Cove and Reedley Fire all re- sponded to the call. As of Aug. 27, there was no word on estimated dam- ages from the fire.

“The blue Honda hit the back of the semi truck and the paramed- ics arrived on scene and pronounced the driver deceased,” said Garret Peck, with the California Highway Patrol.
The driver of the semi truck was not in- jured. The stretch of Highway 99 from the Highway 41 interchange south has been the scene of multiple accidents.
It is not known if al- cohol, drugs, or fatigue played a factor in the fa- tal collision. The crash remains under investi- gation.
