• Officers observed a subject wanted on a felony warrant in the 500 block of East Sier- ra Avenue but ran into a house when officers attempted to contact him. 4:12 p.m. Subject refused to exit the resi- dence forcing addition- al officers to respond. After about an hour of negotiations, officers were able to persuade the subject to exit and was eventually arrested.
